How to delete your HealthyShape account
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and all of your associated data will be permanently removed.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
If you still have the app installed, open Profile, then Edit Profile, then Delete Account, and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
Use the form below. A valid email address is required — even if you signed up with a mobile number — so we can send you a confirmation link.

What data is deleted
When your HealthyShape account is deleted, your data is removed within 72 hours of a confirmed request.
- Your profile and personal information
- Workout plans, sessions and training logs
- Body measurements and progress history
- Reviews and ratings you submitted
- Photos and files you uploaded
- Sign-in credentials and access tokens
